I love that I live in a Recreational Mecca. It is hard for me to take a day off. (For those of you that know me this is no shocker) But I make myself take them because I know I need days off for long term health. So of course I can’t just sit and relax… I heard about this pretty hike right next to my house. (like within 6 miles) I headed out. It actually was quite short there were a few patches of snow and because it was mid week there was NO ONE out there. It was a little creepy being the only one out in the middle of the forest all alone but it was still a lovely afternoon.
