We had a day off only one of 2 in 3 weeks so what did we do…. We went hiking….. well we tried to go hiking but the road to town was closed with an accident so we had to turn around thus we wanted to find a new hike so we decided to find our own hike on one of the ridges in Plain. We got about 1.5 hours in and decided instead of going back to the car we would just bushwhack our way back to the ranch. 3 hours later we made it back and had quite the adventure. We saw a lot of bear scat and I was really close to stepping on a snake but other than that it really was a beautiful afternoon.
