I am now finished with my second week of SLT it has gone by amazingly fast. It seems like just yesterday I got up here. I have been learning a TON which has been really sweet. My family group gets along really well and we really enjoy chatting and learning from one another. Spirtual and non spiritual things. Last night i learned Star Tipping. It is where you spin around looking at the stars and then someone shines a light in your eyes and because you are dizzy you can't stand up and you hit the ground ( did i mention everyone here is from the midwest) Today was our first day this whole time to sleep in which sadly didn't occur because I was awoken by people playing carpet ball which worked out fine since I really needed to do laundry. We have been preparing our parts for our evangelism trip to mackinaw (sp) Island on monday. I am going to be contact evangelism and share apart of my testimony. It should be interesting this should be a stretch for me because I am more into the relational aspect of it all. So we will see. It has been great though.
