After Urbana I had 10 days to kill before I needed to be back at school. I also had a lot of work to get done on my Independent Study project and my IV application. I was able to take time out from working to visit Andrew and Kristina for dinner as well as my friend from School Cori came into the city for a visit. We spent most of the afternoon walking trying to find the empire state building. How hard is such a spectacular building to find... but you can only spend so much time looking up before you run into people. We finally gave up and just headed to Rockefeller Center to see the tree and the rink.
I also spent lots of time helping Jennifer organize her apartment.
