We had YD Staff days where all the staff comes together so that the whole organization is on the same page on things like harassment, risk management, support, and all kinds of fun topics. I was a part of the New Staff Cohort that was really fun to be a part of it. Part of it was building community and the other part was training. One afternoon the managers all had a meeting so all of the non managers had a free afternoon so we went skiing and riding.
Clint is a new staff that just moved to ID from FL. This was his first time xc-skiing. Overall he did really well we all got a kick out of the jeans.
